The QA Specialist plays a critical role in our courseware development team, working on exciting projects to review and test course content. This role requires attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills to identify issues that need to be addressed. The ideal candidate will collaborate with other QA specialists and eLearning developers in a fast-paced environment, creating high-quality eLearning content and providing feedback that contributes to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and edit course scripts, descriptions, storyboards, and other deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Test course builds, complete issue logs, and re-test fixes until the fix passes, ensuring that all course content meets our high standards.
  • Communicate with the team on issues and provide feedback in a collaborative way that helps to make all departments thrive.
  • Work with teams across different time zones, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Take an active role in creating and supporting content that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive, as outlined in our DEI statement.
  • Ensure content is WCAG 2.1 compliant, making our content accessible to all users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in eLearning QA.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Able to correct others while encouraging them to improve their skills.
  • Fluent in German.
