Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Product Manager to spearhead the strategic development and management of our DHMO products for the employer market. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent, minimum 7 years of product management experience in the group insurance industry, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for differentiated DHMO product enhancements.
  • Develop and execute programs to improve customer satisfaction with our DHMO and dual choice option.
  • Monitor performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to drive growth.
  • Ensure timely and effective product training and positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legislative and regulatory matters.
  • Analyze industry benchmarks and successes to inform new DHMO partnerships and product enhancements.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Train distribution partners and support communications campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the PPO team to drive dual choice sales.
  • Work closely with underwriting and pricing to evaluate product performance and drive improvements.
  • Utilize data insights to develop better products and processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, including Sales, Network, Provider Contracting, Underwriting, Claims, and Operations.
  • Troubleshoot service, systems, and claim issues.
  • Conduct regular competitive analyses with competitive intelligence.
  • Assist in positioning the product set in communications and presentations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for communications and develop product marketing campaigns.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our DHMO products and contributing to the growth of our organization.
