Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Engineer.

This role involves integrating directly into our client's team and working alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining real-time pipelines using Kafka, and ensuring the smooth operation of these systems.

You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Python, especially in Linux environments, and advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in Snowflake and MySQL.

Additionally, they should have a deep understanding of data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization, as well as proficiency with Python data libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain real-time data pipelines using Kafka
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions
  • Ensure the smooth operation of data systems
  • Work closely with designers and engineers to integrate new technologies and tools
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional Data Engineering experience
  • Advanced English is required
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required
  • Strong proficiency in Python, especially in Linux environments
  • Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in Snowflake and MySQL
