- Communicating essential customer messages to relevant departments

Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this position, you will need:
- Proficiency in German (C1) and fluency in English (B2)
- At least 1 year of support experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
