Job Role: Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Service Specialist. This position requires someone with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to our customers, ensuring that they receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to customers, ensuring they have the correct level of support through our services offered in Brazil.
  • Manage projects and programs, meeting costs, time, and scope expectations.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify deviations from plans, report risk situations, and guide responsible parties to minimize impacts on schedules.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, analyzing customer journey data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in technical discussions regarding monitoring, quality, and changes to project or program scope.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Law.
  • Solid experience in Customer Support functions, with experience in Aeronautics, Business Development, Programs, MRO, Commercial Operations, or Engineering desirable.
  • Advanced English language skills.
