Program Structure:

  1. Phase 1: Training Program

We will help you take the first step towards becoming a certified financial advisor by providing training and certification in the CPA-20 program.

And, unlike other programs, you will be hired on a CLT contract from the very beginning

This is an incredible opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of finance.

Phase 2: Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will be responsible for qualifying leads generated through marketing actions and scheduling meetings with financial advisors.

Phase 3: Financial Advisory

As a financial advisor, you will help our clients make informed investment decisions by presenting the most suitable products to their individual profiles and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Higher education in progress (final stages) or completed;
  • Interest in the finance/investment industry;
  • Availability for full-time work.
