Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join our team. The appointee will assist in the maintenance and repair of plumbing/electrical systems, working with contractors as needed. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the inspection, maintenance and repair of plumbing/electrical systems
- Work with contractors to ensure all work is completed to a high standard
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics; OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; OR a recognized certificate in the areas of plumbing services/electrical installations;
- At least 3 years' experience in carpentry/painting/plumbing/electrical system maintenance and repair;
- A valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) issued in accordance with Chapter 59 of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance (i.e. by attending the relevant safety training courses which are recognized by the Commissioner for Labour) or equivalent;
- A fair command of spoken English and Chinese;
- Valid driving license (Classes 1 and 2) holder with solid driving experience is preferred;
- Possession of a registered electrical worker certificate and/or a plumber's license is an added advantage.
