We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to play a vital role in the continuous operation and maintenance of our facilities. This includes troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on equipment and systems.
  • Inspect machinery and mechanical equipment to identify wear and potential failure.
  • Replace parts such as belts, filters, and motors to avoid breakdowns.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or plumbing problems using appropriate testing devices.
  • Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Maintain building systems including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and elevators.
  • Perform minor carpentry tasks such as painting and patching.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Comply with regulations and conduct routine inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and utilize CMMS software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Own hand tools.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow verbal instructions.
  • Flexibility to work multiple shifts/weekends.
  • Technical certification or associate degree preferred.
  • Experience in facility or equipment maintenance.
  • Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read manuals and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards.
  • Good physical condition and manual dexterity.
  • Problem-solving and time-management skills.
