We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as a regional technical expert, conducting regular on-site visits to troubleshoot and resolve facility issues at retail locations in Pennsylvania. The role involves leading maintenance activities across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify and address facility issues, resolving them promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Lead reactive and preventive maintenance activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors to complete work orders efficiently.
  • Support compliance needs such as fire system inspections, backflow testing, and safety audits.
  • Train or assist site teams with equipment usage and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and escalate long-term repair needs and major system replacements.
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation of maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in commercial facilities maintenance, preferably in multi-site retail environments.
  • Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, with HVAC certification required.
  • Ability to work independently and resolve issues in real-time.
  • Strong knowledge of safety and compliance protocols.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout Pennsylvania.
  • Organized, responsive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic field environment.
