Your Responsibilities
We are looking for individuals to deliver on-site technical assistance at our partner's facilities. This role requires full-time commitment, operating 40 hours per week. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM local time, excluding public holidays. The successful candidate will provide outstanding user support while adhering to the service level agreements established with the client, and must possess fluency in English.
Key Duties:
- A minimum of 18 months of experience in IT support (or equivalent)
- Addressing client support inquiries through platforms such as Service Now, Remedy, or Jira.
- Hands-on experience in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of desktop computers, printers, laptops, and other peripheral devices.
- Familiarity with Windows 7-11, Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, Microsoft Office 365, PC hardware setup and troubleshooting, enterprise antivirus solutions, and IT service management systems.
- Guiding clients through basic troubleshooting procedures in a kiosk environment.
- Installing and upgrading both hardware and software systems, including imaging and reimaging processes.
- Utilizing exceptional customer service skills to surpass user expectations.
- Effectively escalating unresolved issues to higher levels of support.
