Health and Personal Care Category Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Health and Personal Care category.
Main Responsibilities:- Cultivate strategic relationships with key vendors and partners to drive business growth and optimize terms.
- Leverage expertise in market trends, negotiation, and analysis to develop strategies that increase product sales through promotions, selection, and vendor partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance vendor performance, streamline processes, and drive cost savings.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven track record in strategy, consultancy, financial analysis, category management, account management, or project management.
- Ability to analyze complex data, define business strategies, and lead high-performing teams.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, with a focus on relevant categories.
- Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and related systems.
- Ambitious and results-driven individual with a strong work ethic.
