
Senior Intimate Care Category Business Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and profitability of the Intimate Care category in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a business strategy to drive P&L growth over the next five years, along with operating plans for each year.
- Establish commercialization strategies through innovation, portfolio/price strategy, value proposition, and digital transformation.
- Lead the development of compelling customer and EU value propositions, selling stories, and campaigns.
- Define category claims roadmap and portfolio/price positioning strategies.
- Drive mid-term innovation, product development, and market commercialization.
- Ensure operational performance through strong business analysis and problem-solving.
- Monitor price/portfolio strategies and define category campaigns with ROI objectives.
- Conduct market research to determine customer needs and desires.
Requirements:
- Graduated degree
- Experience as Category Manager
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
