Strategic Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Category Manager to join our global Direct Procurement team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and deploying regional category strategies in close alignment with the global strategic framework.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a reliable expert to share Regional Procurement and Category know-how within the international Procurement team and relevant stakeholders.
- Responsible for tendering, negotiation, and contract handling of regional projects to maximize the Procurement value contribution.
- Conducting regular market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and performing supplier evaluation to develop and improve the supplier portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have several years of professional experience in Procurement, preferably in Packaging or Raw Materials Procurement.
They should also possess strong communication skills across all hierarchies for effective and efficient functional project steering in a matrix organization.
A very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, e-tendering, S2C-/P2P-processes is required, and fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills welcome.

Requirements- Academic education degree.
- Several years of professional experience in Procurement, preferably in Packaging or Raw Materials Procurement.
- Experience in cross-functional projects and international supplier relations.
