Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to drive the company's growth and contribute to its overall success.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships from initial contact until closing the deal. Your strategic vision will help drive the company's expansion and contribute to its long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Negotiations: Prepare proposals and presentations, conduct meetings, and draft contracts up to closing a deal.
  • Research Industry Trends and Markets: Identify potential business opportunities and analyze market trends.
  • Lead Management: Identify, qualify, and manage the pipeline of leads coming through inbound and outbound channels.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop relevant solutions.
  • KPI Tracking and Reporting: Track and report on personal KPIs in a consistent, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team on strategic and long-term tasks and objectives.
  • New Business Opportunities: Coordinate efforts with the leadership team to identify and implement new business opportunities, approaches, or ideas.
  • Service Improvement: Gather and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement or product offerings.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B environments in Account Management, Service Delivery, Sales, or Growth positions, ideally in the tech industry.
  • Experience in Closing Deals.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2, both writing and speaking).
  • Profound understanding of market research and data analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) and AI-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Discipline and ability to plan, organize, and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner to achieve goals.
