Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance evaluation, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop action plans to improve employee performance.
  • Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing support to employees.
  • Administer benefits, compensation, and other HR-related programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Working Conditions
