Strategic Account Management Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Key Account Director to lead strategic account management and drive revenue growth from client relationships.

  • Develop, negotiate, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in the Brazilian market.
  • Design tailored sales strategies for key accounts, ensuring alignment between client needs and company resources.
  • Establish senior-level relationships with clients through regular visits and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Achieve company-defined sales targets for the Brazilian market.
  • Analyze client business needs, provide customized solutions, and drive contract signing and order fulfillment.
  • Research Brazilian market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to adjust client strategies promptly.
  • Obtain client feedback and competitor intelligence to provide recommendations for product optimization or market strategies.
  • Submit sales forecasts, client analysis reports, and market insights on a regular basis.

This role requires strong negotiation, client relationship management (CRM), and business development skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems is also essential. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with Mandarin Chinese or Spanish being an advantage.
