Sales Strategy Director
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Strategy Director to drive our global sales strategy.
- Develop and lead the sales function, driving the entire sales cycle from strategy to execution.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to set the sales vision and execute our go-to-market strategy.
- Drive strategic revenue by targeting and closing deals with publishers and establishing relationships with DSPs, SSPs, GCPPs, MCMs, exchanges to drive partner-led sales for Traffic Cop across LATAM.
- Build and scale the sales team by hiring, coaching, and managing high-performing sales talent, building a metrics-driven sales organization.
- Act as a player-coach, staying hands-on in high-stakes sales conversations and negotiations while coaching others to success.
- Present and educate clients on compelling product pitches and demos tailored to their challenges and verticals.
- Refine the value proposition by working with Marketing and Product to sharpen our messaging and positioning in a competitive market.
- Optimize pipeline and forecasting by maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and hitting aggressive growth targets.
- Establish strategic partnerships by identifying and onboarding channel partners to amplify our reach and strengthen joint go-to-market efforts.
- Inform product and GTM strategy by relaying market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape our product roadmap and growth initiatives.
- Articulate how Traffic Cop solves complex fraud and IVT issues in digital advertising, positioning its technological edge as a major differentiator in the market.
- Proven sales leader with 7-10 years of experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or ad-tech sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- AI fluent, with a deep understanding of the fundamentals of AI and machine learning as they apply to digital advertising, fraud detection, or cybersecurity.
- Ad-tech fluent, with a deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, including publishers, DSPs, SSPs, and exchanges.
- Strategic and analytical, using data to inform decisions and challenging the status quo.
- Exceptional communicator, clear, persuasive, and confident in high-level discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Global operator, with experience working across multiple time zones and regions, especially LATAM.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, taking initiative and thriving in ambiguity.
- Builder and innovator, comfortable in startup or scale-up environments with a mindset for continuous improvement.
