We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist.

Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to provide technical assistance to customers via various communication channels. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues through root cause analysis and collaborative problem-solving.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and web portal
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues through thorough analysis and cooperative problem-solving
  • Document solutions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Elevate complex problems to internal teams and collaborate with cross-functional groups to resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and community posts to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support and global user interaction
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience with document management systems similar to ProjectWise
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
