**Job Overview**
The Customer Incentive Plan Analyst will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals worldwide.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure business processes meet their intended objectives.
- Utilize data analysis to monitor rebate results for accuracy and assess payment timeliness.
- Lead meetings and provide necessary reports and notes.
- Identify areas for improvement in market development fund (MDF) and rebate issues.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure data report accuracy.
- Exhibit analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning skills.
- Meet deadlines for repetitive tasks and track ongoing pending requests.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance is required. Alternatively, two years of experience in Finance, Business, or Accounting is acceptable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
Additional qualifications include expertise in SalesForce, PowerBI, Macros, and AS400.
