Job Title: LATAM Performance Marketing Manager

Lead our user acquisition efforts in Brazil and Mexico, expanding our digital marketing campaigns across web and app platforms. You will design and execute data-driven strategies, optimize performance funnels, and collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to deliver exceptional results in fast-growing environments.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy for LATAM, aligning with business growth targets
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, and other performance platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and AppsFlyer, identifying insights and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to deliver localized and impactful marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, regulations, and competitor strategies in the LATAM digital space

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, preferably within the online sports betting industry, with proven success in LATAM markets
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must; Spanish is a strong plus
  • Deep knowledge of key performance marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with campaign data to drive decisions, improve performance, and scale growth
  • Solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals across SEO, SEM, paid social, affiliate, and email marketing
  • Understanding of LATAM digital consumer behavior, with awareness of local trends, platforms, and regulatory landscape
