This role requires experience in project management, leading teams, and strategic decision-making. You will play a key part in managing client relationships, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality standards and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan project tasks, coordinating resources to meet objectives.
  • Manage the task backlog, prioritizing tasks for effective demand management.
  • Develop technical proposals and functional documents.
  • Monitor project progress, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure deadlines and costs remain within scope.
  • Lead project teams and evaluate completed tasks and activities.
  • Formalize acceptance of deliverables for project phases or milestones.
  • Facilitate communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare monitoring and evaluation reports.
  • Participate in review meetings.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, presentations, and seminars.
  • Manage project closure, validating hours worked and supporting the billing process.
  • Collaborate with technical leadership to achieve daily tactical goals.
  • Collect and document client feedback regarding project progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing software/web development projects.
  • Experience in international projects with daily use of English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience in leading multicultural teams.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Located in the Latin America or United States time zone.
Desirable Skills
  • Certifications in project management methodologies (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, etc.).
  • Experience in digital transformation or large-scale projects.
  • Advanced/fluency in Portuguese (desirable).
Additional Information
  • Employment under CLT contract for candidates residing in Brazil.
