We are seeking an experienced Automation Technician to provide technical support and services for the installation, maintenance, and operation of automation control systems, drive systems, manufacturing systems, industrial networks, and individual products.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, start-up, maintain, and operate automation control systems, drive systems, manufacturing systems, industrial networks, and individual products.
- Implement hardware and firmware updates and upgrades; instruct customers on proper use, operation, and maintenance.
- Administer labor warranty concessions and provide on-call emergency service support and remote diagnosis and troubleshooting assistance.
- Develop and execute predictive and preventive maintenance programs and agreements.
- Perform activities in compliance with Federal, State, and local government regulations and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical discipline or equivalent.
- Four years' experience or related experience.
- Ability to handle high-pressure work conditions.
- Interest in automation technologies, training, and customer-facing skills.
