Omega Project Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for implementing and maintaining our quality management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce our quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality-related topics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality management.
Requirements:
- Certificate training on ISO standards with 2 years experience in a similar field.
- Diploma or Certificates in a relative field, such as engineering, quality management, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in the marine boat building industry or automotive industry.
- Strong project management skills.
- Possess strong people management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying discrepancies or actions.
- ISO 9001/ISO 45001 certificate training.
- Ability to work flexible hours or beyond working hours.
