Dentist Liaison Specialist

As an Oral Care Specialist, you'll play a key role in influencing and building long-term relationships with dentists to promote the effective recommendation and prescription of our products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Visit dentists to detail and sample hygiene products and the professional line, highlighting their benefits and features.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and report on your database of dentists to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Directly responsible for sales of custom and electric toothbrushes, as well as professional product lines in dental offices.
• Establish and maintain relationships with dentists in your area, developing long-term partnerships that drive business results.
• Increase demand generation for Colgate products in pharmacies by leveraging your network and expertise.
• Develop strategies to achieve professional prescription rates from dentists and encourage the use of pharmacy discount coupons in partner networks.
• Visit pharmacies to drive sales of underperforming Colgate products and identify opportunities for growth.
• Participate actively in the transformation of your area through planning, analytics, and business acumen.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Advertising, or Dentistry.
• Desirable experience in sales, customer service, and demand/prescription generation, particularly in the commercial area.
• Desirable experience working with the dental class, including preparing business plans, professional presentations, and client management.
• Intermediate knowledge of Office Package and Google tools, including Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic or intermediate English language proficiency.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• Residency in Joinville.
