**About You and this Role**
The Liferay Partner Success Manager is a key part of our channel ecosystem. This role is responsible for establishing relationships with partners while focusing on growth and development, thus leading to their success within the Liferay ecosystem. You will act as an ambassador to other Liferay teams such as sales, marketing, finance and legal, to organize and prioritize partner requests and tasks. You will support Liferay and the partner to ensure that both interests are protected and respected; allowing partners to truly feel a part of the Liferay team. At Liferay we believe that our partners' success is Liferay’s success.
**Key Objectives**
- Manage Liferay partners’ lifecycle within specified territory
- Establish and maintain annual partner business plans, in collaboration with sales, marketing, and partners
- Collaborate regionally and globally to ensure alignment with colleagues and partners
- Ensure partners comply with Liferay partner program requirements and KPIs
- Drive regular business reviews with regional leaders and partners
- Assist in partner recruitment and due diligence
- Help to facilitate and resolve day-to-day challenges and disputes
- Manage partner access to various systems and tools
- Process partner lead / deal registrations, and communicate across departments as needed
- Track and manage partner enablement and onboarding
- Serve as cross department liaison
**Required Qualifications**
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- Previous experience in a customer/partner facing role
- Excellent communication skills and experience, particularly with the executive level
- Time management and prioritization skills
