Job Description:

As a skilled Desktop Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering technical support and maintenance services for desktop systems, networks, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level technical assistance for desktop systems, networks, and peripherals.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure smooth system operation.
  • Collaborate with the service team to resolve customer complaints and incidents in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures to enhance system efficiency.
  • Work closely with other teams to guarantee seamless IT operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Senior-level experience in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Office 365 Suite is essential.
  • Grade 12 – Required
  • A+ and N+ - Required
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate – Beneficial
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Diploma - Beneficial

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised is essential.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tenanted environment is beneficial.
