Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and document business needs through stakeholder feedback and market insights.
- Deliver clear business requirements and workflows to product and engineering teams.
- Participate in quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Document and communicate business requirements from a commercial perspective.
- Identify and address gaps in product functionality based on stakeholder input versus product performance.
- Support the implementation of business-driven solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to agile team processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide insights to support commercial goals during product development.
- Validate deliverables against business requirements and quality standards.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
- Understand and present technical challenges to Product Management team and commercial stakeholders for resolution.
- Facilitate and coordinate daily engineering team stand-up meetings, bi-weekly retrospectives, and sprint planning.
- Maintain continuous feedback with Product Management to ensure roadmap, timeline, and strategy alignment remains consistent.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
- Experience in a business analyst or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams; Fluent in English.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and feedback.
- Passion for delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.
- Familiarity with reviewing business performance data to inform decisions.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and supporting team collaboration.
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance processes to ensure product standards.
- Technology literacy in API testing, contract writing, etc. to be able to provide technical input and participate in team discussion.
- Solid understanding of agile team productivity metrics.
- JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Product Plan experience preferred.
