We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Design Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Customer Innovation Services (CIS) team, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct design workshops and discovery sessions with customers and various SAP teams to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Participate in calls with customers, product owners, and architects to gather information and provide design solutions.
- Create high-quality design deliverables, including wireframes, user journeys, flow diagrams, mock-ups, and click-through prototypes.
- Apply lean UX principles to iterate on solutions and produce intuitive and user-friendly designs.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to design and build solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Work effectively in a global team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Interface Design, Industrial Design, Media Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software, including Figma, Sketch, UXD, Illustrator, Flinto, and Photoshop.
- Experience with rapid UI prototyping tools, such as Invision, Axure, Marvel, and SAP Build.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design processes and design thinking.
- Ability to design complex UI and application flows for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Professional experience as a UX Designer.
- Previous experience with agile development methodologies is highly valued.
- Experience in working on large development or implementation projects is a plus.
- Experience with cloud-native solutions is a plus.
- Experience with SAP Fiori as a design language is beneficial.
