Chief Technical Operations Specialist

- The primary objective of this position is to provide technical support and assistance to users.
- Ensure timely resolution or replacement of defective equipment.
- Provide on-site technical support for maintenance and break-fix activities, updating incident tickets in the IT Service Management system as needed.
- Perform proactive and reactive monitoring and troubleshooting to identify potential incidents or problems, eliminating them before they impact users.
This role requires a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
Additional Key Duties- Coordinate service-related activities with the Service Desk, providing Level 2 and Level 3 Support as necessary.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain equipment and software in good working order.
- Provide mail-in support by sending spare units via delivery when remote fixes are not possible.
- Manage hardware and software asset management and reporting, tracking asset locations and device inventories at customer locations.
- Recover software licenses on decommissioned, lost, or stolen devices.
- Coordinate activities with the Service Desk when users connect to networks.
