As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with business owners. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met while delivering exceptional digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and setting expectations for ongoing service.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for business owners, understanding their business needs and translating those into actionable strategies.
- Internal Coordination: Communicate effectively with the internal delivery team to ensure client requests and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Client Support: Handle client inquiries, either resolving issues personally or collaborating with the delivery team for additional data or solutions as needed.
- Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and close deals to enhance the client's digital marketing strategy.
- Reporting & Strategy Meetings: Conduct regular reporting meetings with clients to review results, discuss recommendations, and create new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven track record managing clients in web development, SEO, PPC, or related digital marketing services.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Upselling Expertise: Experience in identifying upsell opportunities and converting them into revenue-driving actions.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously while tracking time and delivering timely results.
- Efficiency: Demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines while maintaining quality service.
- Client-Focused: Experience working with businesses, particularly owners or decision-makers, and tailoring marketing strategies to meet their specific goals.
