We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating molding and trimming presses, as well as other equipment supporting the manufacturing process. They will work in a cell concept environment, rotating through multiple job functions throughout the day following a playbook for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a mold press to produce molded panels of product following site SOI's and work instructions.
  • Process trimmed product through washing and drying processes per site SOI's and work instructions.
  • Ensure continual flow of product through the module from the mold press thru the trim press.
  • Set up pack scales for weighing and packing of finished product and prepare carton labels for boxing and shipping.
  • Alert the Area Supervisor to conditions that may prevent meeting production and quality expectations.
  • Accurately maintain all required documentation and paperwork to ensure product traceability.
  • Inspect molded/trimmed work to ensure quality product is being produced.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to GMP standards.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills, including use of a mouse and keyboard.
  • Ability to apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
