ServiceNow Architect Opportunity

Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to design and develop innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow configurations and customizations for various applications.
  • Develop integrations with external systems using REST API and SOAP API.
  • Work on Java scripting and web technologies such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP.
  • Configure and administer IT Service Management processes and tools.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting and problem-solving to resolve issues in ServiceNow implementations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of REST API and SOAP API.
  • More than 4 years of experience in Java scripting.
  • ITIL V2/V3 Certification.
  • Experience working in ServiceNow Eureka, Geneva, Istanbul, and Kingston versions.
