Job Overview
We are seeking a visionary leader to shape the future of payment methods in LATAM. As Head of Payments Product, you will own the strategy, vision, and execution for core payments products in one of our most dynamic and high-growth regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and drive product strategy across LATAM for core acquiring, local payment methods, and platform enablers.
- Build and develop a team of high-performing product managers.
- Simplify the regional product portfolio to reduce complexity, improve reliability, and accelerate adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market, improve performance, and solve hard problems.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in product management, with 8+ years leading PMs.
- Deep expertise and experience working in payments, including acquiring and local payment networks in LATAM.
- Experience building and scaling products across multiple markets.
- Customer-centric and data-driven, always anchored in impact.
- Able to simplify complexity and communicate with clarity.
- Takes full ownership and operates autonomously.
