Payments Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our payments initiatives in Brazil.
Main Responsibilities:- Partner with stakeholders to drive ongoing and upcoming payments projects.
- Prioritize requirements, manage trade-offs, and integrate roadmaps for various businesses in Brazil.
- Conduct customer research, identify gaps, and design solutions addressing unmet customer needs in the Brazilian market.
- Create go-to-market plans, gather business requirements, and deliver against the roadmap for new payment products.
- Lead external partner relations, managing performance and customer experience.
- Drive product awareness and adoption through marketing opportunities and campaigns focused on Brazil.
- Manage day-to-day operations, assessing risks, monitoring progress, and anticipating bottlenecks in the payments area.
This role supports the launch of new payment and financial products to customers in Brazil, working closely with local and global teams.
Key Qualifications:- Solid experience in Product Management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Advanced or Fluent in English language.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- End-to-end product delivery experience.
- Feature delivery and trade-offs experience.
- Product management or ownership experience.
- Influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights experience.
- Working across functional teams and senior stakeholders experience.
