Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. - Sr. Commercial Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Commercial Planning Manager to join our Retail team in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of high-impact projects related to Demand Planning, Forecast, Buying, Vendor Performance, and Inventory Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scalable solutions to improve Inventory metrics, Planning, Buying, and Vendor operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Product Family Team and Central Team to leverage improvements through new processes and projects.
  • Review Supply Chain operations using large amounts of data to identify root causes of operational issues.
  • Define action plans and projects to eliminate defects in Supply Chain, creating sustainable results in the long term.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics discipline.
  • Solid experience in Supply Chain management, performance metrics, project management, retail, and/or consulting.
  • Strong ownership, analytical skills, ability with numbers, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • High level of self-organization, prioritization, and time management.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Flexible, action-oriented, self-starting, autonomous, and comfortable with large databases and tools.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Ability to understand needs and drive alternative solutions for operational processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with purchasing and inventory management in e-commerce/retail or project management in consulting companies.
  • Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
