What You'll Achieve: Lead a high-performing team of tax specialists in developing comprehensive tax planning solutions tailored to our evolving business needs. Spearhead the analysis of complex tax laws, regulations, and incentives to identify innovative ways to optimize our company's tax position
Partner closely with senior leadership to align tax planning with broader business objectives and growth initiatives. Drive the implementation of approved tax planning strategies, ensuring seamless execution and long-term sustainability

Key job responsibilities
The Senior Tax Planning Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead the development and implementation of the company's overall tax planning strategy to optimize tax efficiency and minimize the organization's tax liabilities;
- Conduct thorough analysis of the company's operations, transactions, and financial data to identify opportunities for tax savings and planning;
- Stays up-to-date on the latest changes in Brazilian tax laws, regulations, and incentives, and evaluates their impact on the business;
- Collaborates closely with the accounting, finance, and legal teams to align tax planning with the company's broader business objectives;
- Prepare detailed tax planning recommendations and proposals, presenting them to senior leadership for approval;
- Coordinate the implementation of approved tax planning strategies, ensuring proper documentation and execution.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Tax experience with a significant amount of time providing technical guidance
- Experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
- Advanced English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience within a multinational business and either legal or accountancy firm experience
- Experience liaising with tax authorities including responding to audits and information requests
