The Senior Manager of Commercial Planning is a pivotal role within our Retail division in Brazil. This position entails taking charge of the strategy and execution of significant projects related to Demand Planning, Forecasting, Purchasing, Vendor Performance, and Inventory Management. The primary objective is to enhance product availability, optimize margins, and improve inventory turnover in a scalable manner for your designated Product Family or across Retail.

Core Duties
The Senior Manager of Commercial Planning will:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of Supply Chain operations using extensive data analysis to identify the root causes of operational challenges.
- Develop actionable plans and projects aimed at eliminating defects within the Supply Chain, ensuring sustainable long-term results.
- Collaborate and foster relationships with the Product Family Team and Central Team to enhance processes and drive improvements through innovative projects.
Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field in Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics.
- Extensive experience in Supply Chain management, performance metrics, project management, retail, and/or consulting.
- Strong ownership and analytical capabilities, with proficiency in numerical analysis, problem-solving, and project management.
- Exceptional self-organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
- A flexible, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage large datasets and tools.
- The capability to understand operational needs and propose alternative solutions.
- Experience with SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:
- Experience in purchasing and inventory management within the e-commerce/retail sector or project management in a consulting environment.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
