About the Role

Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Planning Manager to join our Retail team in Brazil. This is a key position that requires a strong understanding of commercial planning principles and the ability to drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable commercial plans to optimize inventory levels, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance vendor performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Family and Central Teams, to leverage process improvements and drive business results.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify root causes of operational issues and develop action plans to eliminate defects.
  • Design and manage projects to improve operational excellence, creating sustainable results in the long term.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics.
  • Strong experience in Supply Chain management, performance metrics, project management, retail, and/or consulting.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management skills.
  • High level of self-organization, prioritization, and time management.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Flexible, action-oriented, self-starting, and comfortable with large databases and tools.
  • Ability to understand needs and drive alternative solutions for operational processes.
  • Experience with SQL and process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
