The company is seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial Planning to enhance our Retail division in Brazil. In this role, you will independently oversee the strategy and implementation of significant initiatives concerning Demand Forecasting, Procurement, Vendor Performance, and Inventory Control. Your objective will be to optimize product availability, profit margins, and inventory turnover efficiently across your designated Product Family or Retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Manager of Commercial Planning will:
- Analyze supply chain operations using extensive data to pinpoint the root causes of operational challenges;
- Develop action plans and projects aimed at eliminating supply chain defects, ensuring sustainable long-term results;
- Collaborate and foster relationships with the Product Family Team and Central Team to enhance processes and initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field in Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics;
- Extensive experience in Supply Chain management, performance metrics, project management, retail, or consulting;
- Strong sense of ownership, analytical capabilities, numerical proficiency, problem-solving, and project management skills;
- Exceptional self-organization, prioritization, and time management abilities;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese;
- A flexible, results-oriented, self-starting attitude, comfortable working with large datasets and tools;
- The ability to comprehend needs and drive alternative solutions for operational processes;
- Experience with SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
Desirable qualifications include:
- Experience in purchasing and inventory management within e-commerce/retail or project management in a consulting environment;
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
