Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement scalable commercial planning solutions to improve inventory metrics, planning, and vendor performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive business results.
- Analyze large datasets to identify root causes of operational issues and develop action plans to eliminate defects.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product family teams and central teams, to leverage improvements through new processes and projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or supply chain management.
- Strong experience in supply chain management, performance metrics, project management, retail, and/or consulting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and tools.
- High level of self-organization, prioritization, and time management.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Flexible, action-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Experience with purchasing and inventory management in e-commerce/retail or project management in consulting companies.
- Experience with process improvement techniques, such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
