Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement inventory strategies to maximize product availability and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure reliable and efficient inventory flows.
- Lead the business demand plan to provide accurate and sustainable S&OP inputs.
- Design seasonal and promotional inventory preparation plans to meet business needs.
- Control budgets and deliver actions to meet inventory targets.
- Recommend and drive action plans to reduce return/liquidation costs.
- Experience working with complex data sets and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree and experience leading process improvement, systems development, and project management.
- High level of knowledge with Excel and experience with SQL.
- Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques.
