We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on brand development, digital marketing, and personal branding. They will conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's goals.
  • Promote top managers and key employees through personalized branding and networking initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand the company's reach and influence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and technology.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and IT/ Web3.
  • Native level Ukrainian proficiency and English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Strong project management skills, as well as strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of the Web3 landscape and skills in PR and content marketing.
