The primary objective of the Customer Success Manager role is to ensure seamless integration and maximum utilization of our solutions, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. This involves close coordination with account managers, account support, and other key stakeholders to guarantee strategic objectives are met within the specified timeframe.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing personalized value stories to reinforce value delivery and demonstrate return on investment (ROI).">
  • Establishing a trusted partnership with customers by nurturing influential relationships, identifying champions, and facilitating product development through liaison between customers and product teams.">
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling based on thorough analysis of customer needs, ambitions, and current situations.">
  • Ensuring effective customer training through scalable methods, including digital and face-to-face demonstrations and workshops.">
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, sharing success stories and experiences to promote the company's value proposition.">

Qualifications and requirements:

  • University degree">
  • Background in customer engagement and driving customer adoption">
  • Experience with products in our portfolio or similar products">
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish desirable">
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and initiative">
  • Project management skills and fluency with MS Product Suite">
  • Engaging presentation skills for large and small audiences">
  • Influencing skills at high-level executive and end-user levels">
