About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to support our operational teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring best practices in leadership and management, with a focus on recruitment agencies.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Auditing terminations and updating agency service tickets daily.
  • Taking action on specific day-to-day demands.
  • Auditing and ensuring leaders are practicing company best management practices (feedback and consequence matrix).
  • Assisting leaders with greater difficulties, focusing on engagement and retention.

This role will be based in our office in Guarulhos and requires:

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring termination and satisfaction surveys monthly and creating action plans for improvement.
  • Managing projects to identify and implement improvements.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also contribute to:

Recruitment and Selection Process
  • Monitoring the operational vacancy funnel together with recruitment agencies.
  • Developing improvements to the agency selection process.

To excel in this role, you will require:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in HRBP projects.
  • High interpersonal skills.
  • Recruitment and selection experience.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Organization and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to analyze research and summarize critical items.
  • Completed higher education.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.

Beyond the required qualifications, having experience in an operational environment, project management, and knowledge of process and data auditing would be highly advantageous.
