
National On Premise Growth Strategist

We seek a skilled professional to lead our efforts in driving distribution and sales growth within the On Premise channel.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize horizontal and vertical distribution, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the On Premise market, and the ability to analyze complex data to inform strategic decisions. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for distribution and sales growth, this role may be an exciting opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive national objectives and achieve business plan targets for volume and distribution in the On Premise channel.
- Maintain optimal stock levels with each distribution partner.
- Align pricing and promotions with key stakeholders to minimize cross-channel cannibalization and ensure profitability.
- Develop a long-term (+3 years) distribution model for the country.
- Collaborate with distribution partners to create a Joint Business Plan that realizes the long-term distribution model.
- Design a commercial plan to increase distribution and SKU listings in Non-Musketeer Managed.
