About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS), conducting audits, and ensuring regulatory standards are embedded into our quality systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements through thorough assessments.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide actionable feedback in the form of audit findings and observations, and review corrective actions for improvement.
  • Offer regional support on regulatory and industry standards expertise to drive business growth.
  • Raise corrective action requests for nonconformities identified, follow up, and review effectiveness until proper closure.
  • Implement regulatory compliance initiatives based on current and forthcoming regulatory requirements to minimize risk.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with 6S Checklist principles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Advanced experience in quality performing roles with a proven track record.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Portuguese and English languages.
