Development Associate Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our Development and Alumni Relations team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in donor cultivation, relationship-building, and project management. They will also have experience working with databases, advanced spreadsheet functions, and formulas.

  • Identify, cultivate, and solicit donors for university fundraising priorities
  • Create meaningful experiences for major gift donors and those considering significant gifts
  • Assist in the cultivation of prospects by sharing relevant content
  • Pipeline Management: Support college portfolio and pipeline with gift officers
  • Visit scheduling and preparation: Assist gift officers in scheduling prospect visits and developing prospect lists

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three to five years of related work experience
  • Valid Driver's License preferred
  • Database management and basic programming skills
  • Advanced spreadsheet functions and formulas
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Project management experience
