">Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Engineering Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, technical reference, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee quality control and engineering processes for landing gear maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO)
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality improvement programs to enhance operational performance
- Provide technical guidance to analysts, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, manuals, and best practices
- Perform advanced analysis of data, lead root cause investigations, and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with all aerospace regulations, quality certifications, and approved technical data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless quality management
- Support internal and external audits, providing technical support and assistance during regulatory inspections and certifications
- 5+ years of experience working in an aeronautical industry with quality and/or engineering
- Strong experience with quality auditing processes, including aeronautical authorities (FAA, ANAC, EASA) and supplier qualification
- Technical degree or graduation in engineering, quality, or a related field, with post-graduation or master's degree
- Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory
