How You Will Impact

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and monitor Marine/Cargo claims notifications from initial notification to final settlement, daily, within agreed authority levels and in accordance with AIG's service standards.
  • Review claims notifications and documents provided by clients.
  • Review and insert reservations.
  • Supervise the work of Service Providers, including lawyers, accountants, specialists, and claims evaluators; communicate with clients, service providers, and brokers to obtain information regarding claims, to explain requirements and decisions regarding claims, and to resolve disputes and complaints.
  • Work closely with subscribers and distributors to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and contribute to 'best practices' in general.

What It Takes to Succeed

  • Recognized experience with Marine, Cargo, and/or Property and Diversified Risks claims regulation.
  • Higher Education.
  • Advanced English is a plus.
