About the RoleThis role is designed for highly motivated and organized individuals who can provide administrative support within their area of expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out tasks such as surveys, controls, conferences, compilation, and updating of data, under the guidance of their immediate superior, to ensure good service and organization of information.
Responsibilities- Monitor indicators and/or measurers of the areas' routines and perform operational and/or administrative services.
- Participate in weekly alignment meetings and support the team in making presentations and/or other forums.
- Carry out demands of the sector with the Shared Services area when necessary.
- Prepare internship activity reports and present them to the area manager every 6 months.
- Contribute to the learning of young apprentices in your area, working synergistically with them.
- Perform the archiving of documents generated by the area as established standard.
- Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry from the 6th semester onwards.
